Most recent update failed 2019-06-05, OFXSHARP.DLL not found ?

Question

The server updated AOK. Workstations failed, stating cause as C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Peachtree\OFXSHARP.DLL not found. This file is not found on the server either. I ran the Windows Installer repair on existing Sage 50 on the workstation, no change. Screenshot is here:

 Chat support tech could not send me OFXSHARP.DLL though he tried, he cited technical difficulties on his end. What to do?

I did, and after the usual long hold, was told to remove the client altogether and install a half-gig download for which a link was provided, because (the tech said) multiple DLL problems are likely when one occurs. This knocked out the problem.
