Annual Subscription Price Increase

The annual subscription price for Sage 50 US increased over 60% from last year. I want an explanation of why this happened, but keep getting sent to voicemail and no one calls me back. Anyone else have this issue? I am beyond frustrated.

It could be that you had a deep discount when you purchased your software last year. Those discounts are for new users only.

I've been a Peachtree/Sage customer for about 20 years.

We've been customers longer than 20 years and I'm amazed at how things change. The annual subscription is something I've described as "Sage's version of ransomware". Haven't got my bill for the upcoming year yet.
