Just curious...does anyone else have a problem with how Sage annual subscriptions are processed?  I would like to see a detailed invoice of everything that is included in the subscription to see if changes could be made.  Sage is unable to provide such detail.  I did speak with someone at Sage that was supposed to change the number of employees on payroll, but the invoice billing department did not make the change.  I was told my credit card would be credited with a refund, but they cannot provide a detail of the corrected amount.
