If it is only one workstation, I would look at wiring and switches.    Is it deactivating? 

Hi, I'm not sure what you mean by deactivating.  When the user opens Sage it runs for a while and then disappears, aka crashes to desktop.  I can check on the network wiring, but in every other respect, networking, internet, and connection to the Sage server is working fine on the workstation.

Right, that is why I think it isolated to the one computer and may be wiring or a switch. 

Thanks, I'll double-check the networking.  Other than that are there other known causes for Sage to crash to the desktop?
