We use Sage 50 US with five users.

I am trying to troubleshoot the network installation for workstations.  This is the process where you connect to \\servername\PeachtreeInstaller2019\ClientInstall.bat

I right-click and run the bat file as an administrator.  The CMD window opens for a little bit, then the Installshield wizard opens, and says preparing to install.

Then the window disappears, and that's it.  Nothing else happens.

The "PeachTreeInstaller2019" share has everyone full access under share permissions.  I have also given full access under the NTFS permissions for the 'everyone' group.  I have also given full access to the System account.

Any ideas?
