No, but you can set up warnings that you don't have the items based on your criteria.  

Please note, this is NOT Quickbooks.  You can sell negative and the software will recover the correct cost of goods sold unlike Quickbooks!  It will use the current price and if it is different when ordered, it will make a system cost adjustment in the COGS account.
