Hey Everyone,
I've been searching Sage City for a few months looking for a solution to my problem but haven't been able to find an answer or a post similar to my issue. Our General Ledger has a GL with a Balance starting in 09/2019, but there are no Debits or Credits creating the amount, just the Balance. It is throwing our <Standard> Balance Sheet off by the same amount; Total Assets being higher than Total Liabilities & Capital by the exact amount (the direct line in the Balance Sheet affected is AR). How do I remove the errant balance? I've called Sage a few times and all we do are the Integrity Checks and Data Verification. I have also tried doing a Journal to remove the balance within the same Month and Year, but that did not correct the error.
