Hello All,

We use Sage 50 Quantum 2020 and recently purchased Avatax from Avalara. We have installed and configured the Avatax software on our sage sever but can't get past that point.

We can't compute and/or add sales tax to any invoice.

When we call Avalara they tell us its a Sage problem and we need to call Sage. Then when we call Sage they tell us to call Avalara.

We paid Avalara over $2,000 to setup our account and paid Sage a fee via the Market Place that was supposedly required to make this work.

Yet neither of them seem to be able to help and neither program seems to be working correctly.

At this point BOTH companies have collected money and FAILED us horribly and we would happily pay a 3rd party consultant to help us set this integration up and get it working correctly.

Is there anyone availabe for this type of consulting?
