So, so true.  I want to throw my computer out the window!

We called support, they told us there is no fix, and they do not know if or when there will be one, rediculous.  Would be nice if someone from sage can say something in here, i know we are not alone with this issue.

Please see the alternate post Mouse working poorly after 2021 update for the comment below from Sage 50 US support who is "anticipating that this fix will be included in our next product update (2021.1) available in late September 2020."

I've requested an update from the team as well who advised that:

"The anticipated general availability date for the 2021.1 release is September 30^th 2020."

So sorry for the delay and experience, hope that this date comes up quickly!

Good News! I just got off a call with Sage and now have the 2021.1 controlled release installed on my PC. My mouse is working normally again! If all goes well with the controlled release it should be available soon.
