I ordered Sage50 on December 2nd. I contacted customer support to cancel my subscription the day after, which was well within the 60-day money-back guarantee, but hours and hours of wait to end up speaking to nobody. I haven't even use the activation code yet. I've repeated the process of calling every few days (it's been 2 weeks now) and doing some research online but only a minimum help was found to cancel my order. I've tried filling out an application that was suggested by sage online but it led to nothing and the only thing I've seen truly helpful is to post here on this forum page. I'm just really trying not to go through months and months of frustration like other people here have and stay within the 60 days money back guarantee.
I would have never considered this product if I had known it would be such an ordeal to cancel my account. Does anyone know who I can speak with to receive my refund?
