Is there an option to setup leases and rent roll for billing purposes in Sage50 or a different version of Sage is required to do this?

Hi, 
 We have various clients with rental properties, We want to setup tenants and leases for periodic rent billing, we are going to procure Sage 50 for this purpose? Does Sage 50 has this functionality or this needs to be a different version of sage? can anyone here please guide.

Sage 50 does a great job of billing and tracking rentals. We use Repeating Invoices, Job Cost and Designed Income Statement to manage rentals. Mindy Business Services of Alabama
