I am sure Sage will not embrace it until they know it is a sound operating system.   I would suggest sticking with Windows 10 for now and getting your FREE update to Windows 11 at a later time.

Thanks for reaching out. What we know so far is that Windows 11 will be released maybe October 2021. We'll know more about our software updates and releases in the next few weeks. The system requirements for running Windows 11 on most systems will be quite high, meaning most users will not be able to install it on their PCs. My colleague DeneshS looked into the stipulations and noted that TPM (Trusted Platform Module) and a m.2 slot for system boot drive will be required or until Microsoft changes their system requirements. Here's their latest update.

Do you have an update on when Sage 50 will be compatible with Windows 11?

We updated to Windows 11 this past April with our new computers and we are running Sage 50 and we haven't run into any problems yet.

Hi Best Business Strategies, Sage 50 US* software will not be tested and officially supported on Windows 11 until the 2023 version. This release, is not expected until October 2022*. Checked in with the support team who advised that we have reports of the 2022 version installed on several Windows 11 machines successfully.
