a client noticed recently that their current accounting period is displaying 6/3/2021 through 7/31/2021. The period right before that was 6/1/2021 through 6/2/2021 (only two days....?). She did not notice this when they did monthly books, now at end of June she just noticed.
I was told by a SAGE rep through a chat session that this should not matter. But client seems to think otherwise. I have no idea about accounting periods, not a bookkeeper or SAGE expert. we just manage their network and server. But I would like to assist her any way I can.
