We are considering to purchase Sage50 Cloud Quantum Accounting.

On the pricing page (https://www.sage.com/en-us/products/sage-50cloud/pricing/) close to the bottom reads "Requires a license to Microsoft 365 Business Standard."

The system requirements page (https://support.na.sage.com/selfservice/viewdocument.do?noCount=true&externalId=105584&sliceId=1&noCount=true&isLoadPublishedVer=&docType=kc&docTypeID=DT_SYSTEMREQUIREMENTS_1&stateId=18653&cmd=displayKC&dialogID=932509&ViewedDocsListHelper=com.kanisa.apps.common.BaseViewedDocsListHelperImpl&openedFromSearchResults=true) reads "Microsoft 365 Integration – Requires Microsoft 365 Business Premium or Enterprise Editions".

My questions are:

1. What exactly is "integrated"?

2. Are any of the "integration" features available with locally installed copies of MS Office Professional?

3. Is "integration" required to install or run Sage50 Cloud Quantum Accounting?
