Hi!

I have 5users including owner account in my Sage 50. I recently shared some of my companies in Sage 50 2021 remotely but only give "remote access" to two of the users. Now my other 2 users cannot access the the companies and requires to set up a Sage ID. Do I need to stop or pause the sharing or is there a process I failed to do.

Note that before the remote accessing sharing all my 4 users can access the companies.

Basically if there is a way for a user security profile to access(not remotely) a shared company or I need all of them to invite to create a Sage ID? Thanks!
