SOLVED

I get the below error when trying to get my bank to connect.  I have multiple companies and it connected fine in one but not this one.  I turned off antivirus and firewall and I receive the same message.

    Thanks for reaching out. Is this error message an ongoing issue? KB 93185 lists some resolution steps to try that may be helpful if you are using Sage 50 US. I've copied them in below:

    Resolution

    • Verify that your online banking password is correct by logging into your bank's online banking website.
    • Contact your bank to see if any online banking settings need to be changed to allow third-party apps to connect.
    • The PeachtreeLogfile.log will provide more details on the cause of the error message. The file Location is: C:\Users\[UserProfile]\AppData\Roaming\Sage\Peachtree.
