New Vendor entered- One user out of ~12 cannot apply new purchase for vendor they've created that day, without restarting or bouncing Actian DB services.

 The vendor shows up in the selection list up top, but attempting to save purchase results in "The Vendor ID does not exist" .  We have reinstalled  Sage 2022 for this user with same result. 

This happens within any company for this user, including one that's only existed since we've gone to 2022 release.

I haven't seen something like this affect just one user, and I've worked with PT/Quantum/etc in this environment since ~2006 release.  We'd tested with smartpost services enabled in the past but the performance has been suitable without it so have kept it off, both at server and workstation level, for many years.

After restarting her workstation, or just Actian DB services, reopen sage, then they are able to save.

I have another workstation I'll be able to have her test from this afternoon to confirm it's only affecting her workstation, or if it's an issue with her windows profile/ permissions (!!)
