Modifying entries linked to sales invoices

Question

I'm new to this site. Our school uses Sage 50. 
 I'm trying to modify a journal entry (specifically an account #) that's linked to a sales invoice. But when I click through (from the sales invoice or from the general ledger) to the associated journal entry, one side of the entry is "grayed out", not allowing it to be changed. 
 Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Mostly likely, the G/L Account that you are attempting to change is the Cost of Sales G/L Account for an Inventory Item on that Invoice. Go into Maintain, Inventory Items, and correct your G/L Accounts on those Items, then come back into the Invoice, click on the JOURNAL icon at the top of the screen, verify the correct G/L Account is now in place, and then click OK, and save the Invoice.
