Inventory Adjustment Journal

Question

The Inventory Adjustment Journal shows a "Purchase Return Adjustment" for the month. Is that ok? The physical inventory does match the Inventory Valuation Report.

 A "Purchase Return Adjustment" appearing on the Inventory Adjustment Journal simply indicates that an item was returned during that month. It should be nothing to be concerned about.
