When you create the invoice and click ship all, are you sending it off without making adjustments to the quantity shipped? If you remove the number because none of the item shipped, that line does not print.

Gina, we make adjustments to the quantity shipped.  When we remove the number, all lines still print.

I apologize, it looks like I misspoke. When I looked again at the one I had just yesterday, that line did not print because I had adjusted the amount ordered to 0. So I guess unless someone else has a good answer, a workaround would be to change the qty ordered to 0 for the items that did not ship and then put them back in after printing the invoice. That could be a lot of work though if it is something you need done regularly.
