I have Sage 2023 and cannot edit customizable fields in vendor cards or employee cards and cannot update the User Maintained payroll tax formuas.  Message is "you are attempting to access an area that another user is also using or your are attempting to perform a process that requires single-user access".  Only one licensed user.  Shut down and restart no help. How do I fix this.
