The person who originally purchased the Sage 50 software, and setup the initial administrative account for our company, has been dead and gone for 15 years.

No one knows what their original administrative login information could be. I have had this discussion with Sage support two years ago, and they promised to fix the issue with the current information I provided. They did not keep their word.

Trying to fix the issue with today's current support, I was given a 1-800 number to call that answers, but then does nothing.

Can anyone provide me the appropriate contact information for an actual human being, no offense Pegg, who can help resolve this issue?

    Thank you for reaching out. Apologies that you are running into this issue. Believe I found the account ending  400xxxxxx11 with Sage 50 US service until 07/26/2024. I've forwarded your comments here onto our team and have asked them to reach out to you.

    Is the phone number ending (8xx) 3xx-xx36 the best to reach you? Pegg should also give you an option to speak to a human if you've selected "no the answer didn't help." 

    Will update you with any news.

    Yes, that is the correct contact information and the best way to reach me.

    Pegg will only give you the option to speak with a human being after she has exhausted her almost inexhaustible supply of questions, none of which actually pertained to my issue. I wasn't going to spend hours answering non-pertinent, inane questions.

    I appreciate your help, and am glad to know that Sage still employs at least one human being that isn't a generic third party contract telephone support person.

    And, of course, the wrong person got contacted.

    While they are two different numbers, the company IT Manager's cell number format is (8xx) 3xx-xx36 AND the company Vice President's cell number format is (8xx) 3xx-xx36.

    Please have the team try again. The company Vice President has been made aware that they can't screen calls from unknown incoming phone numbers, as we all do these days, until this issue has been resolved.
