I have two very similar reports, 1 works without issue, the other take minutes to work.
These are Sales Order print templates.
"JK Sales quote - order confirmation with discount" - clicking the preview option, this loads within a couple of seconds. drive.google.com/.../view
"JK RW Order confirmation BOM or not EDIT 12.7.22" - clicking the preview option this one results in waiting for a couple of minutes. drive.google.com/.../view
Annoyingly, both worked pretty much the same, a few seconds to preview/print/export until our IT company did something break a a few things across the companies server over the weekend 15th/16th July.
Can someone try these templates on their own Sage50 system to see if they get the same result or if they both work fine, they would be helpful to know as well.
