Hello, 

Yes, it was the chat support from within the software Help menu. I have talked with someone in customer service who explained to me in better detail what happened. It is still frustrating, and shouldn't have been handled this way, but they are taking care of it. 

Ultimately I posted here because I would like to know if anyone else is having issues with their account reconciliation. Like I said above, the account reconciliation is stuck in July of 2022. I cannot get it to move to any other period.

Did your reconcile July of 2022?    Is that period 1?  Just curious.  I know the deposit module will fill up and you just have to basically accept all of the previous receipts to clear the area.  I am wondering if this is the same.
