Since it looks like you are using Sage 50 US (formerly called Peachtree), I am going to move this post to that Support Group so that other users of this software will see it and can offer you their thoughts and insight.

Please also note that unfortunately the activation for versions older than 2019 is deactivated due to a third-party database component that is no longer supported. I'm hoping that you'll hear from the sales team tomorrow at the earliest. Here's a link with the details.

ERZSI_I is right, older versions cannot be reactivated. But I can get you a good price on an upgrade and help with converting your data. (Sage 50 2023 cannot directly convert data from verison 2010.) You can contact me at [email protected] or 918-851-9713.
