Hi I have a problem logging in Remotely to Sage 50 in the Philippines. My client is located in US she already gave the password and username but still i cannot log in there is always an error.

Are you using the internal Sage remote access function or something else? I would suggest using a hosted cloud server for remote access or for multi user environments. Its faster the software is more efficient on a dedicated cloud server. If interested I can assist [email protected]m
