We upgrade sage 50 since last year to access remote data access but up until now we cannot use this. Many technician looks and navigate our system but could not able to activate this. Can somebody try to help us once again for this upgrade?

I can offer you 3rd party hosting! If interested please contact me. I have 2 fantastic companies that I recommend. (Not all hosting companies are created equal!)
The other option is getting a remote desktop program.

Thanks for reaching out to follow up on this issue. I was able to find the account ending 40xxxxxx264 and see the ongoing attempts to work with our support team to set up Remote Data Access. The last attempt being in October 2022 via chat support. I've forwarded your comments here onto the support management team and have asked them to review and follow up. Will update you with any news.

There are 2 ways to use data remotely,
1st - Using Sage50 remote data access, which will share your data file on cloud for others to use it, while connecting to shared company file.
2nd - Way is to use VPN - Server and Client on your Sage50 Server.
