The announcement says that one should book an appointment for a support session at: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[email protected]/bookings/
I have booked an appointment twice and have not received a call or any contact. I am guessing that is because of this item:
Please enter your Sage case # for this issue* (i.e. 8009xxxxxx) - I entered 8009000000 - because I don't have a case number.
How do I get a support case going?
