Scheduling appointments for Sage 500

Hello,

The announcement says that one should book an appointment for a support session at: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[email protected]/bookings/

I have booked an appointment twice and have not received a call or any contact.  I am guessing that is because of this item:

Please enter your Sage case # for this issue* (i.e. 8009xxxxxx) - I entered 8009000000 - because I don't have a case number.

How do I get a support case going?

    Thanks for reaching out. Looks like you have a license for Sage 50 US and not Sage 500? I found account 400xxxx162  and have setup a Customer Portal login for your email: [email protected]

    Please see your email for access. Once logged in, follow the steps on this article for how to create an online support ticket which will provide you with the 800xxxxxxx support ticket number needed for setting up a support appointment. The process is the same whether you use Sage 50 or Sage 500. Hope this helps!
