How will my financials change if I change from a C corp to an S corp?

    Hi Diane,

    I just moved from an S-Corp to a Corporation.   I made several General Ledger Journal entries.   I would assume that is all you need to do as well.  I did not rebuild my company in Sage 50. 

    I did reach out to the Secretary of States office in my state and reported the change.  I also changed how I was making estimated tax payments.
