We are unable to even connect with Sage HR. It just keeps spinning.

Hi PD Staffing , please reconnect with the support team regarding your support ticket  ( # 80xxxxxx979 ) looks like they had requested and would still require the details from the peachtreelogfile to investigate further.  This is found in the location:  %appdata%\sage\peachtreelogfiles. The team should still be available today until 5:00 pm PST by chat. 

The person we had on our call was not helpful. None of us here are IT people and he was speaking to us as if we were. The location you gave me I put in the search bar and it is not found. I will try to call once more to fix this issue, hopefully we got someone helpful. Thank you for your time.
