Sage will use the default email on the PC and Excel on the PC so it has to be installed locally.  But should work if that is the case.  

I think you did not understand the query, we are not referring to Excel because Excel integrates perfectly, however the Office 365 Integration option does not work.

Hi jose vicent , looks like the integration is still not available in your area.  The integration is only for US and Canada.

Thank you for your patience. I've checked with our support team, and they've confirmed that our licensing agreement with Microsoft is indeed only applicable for customers in the US/Canada. It's important to note that, currently, cloud backup is the only feature of the Office 365 integration still operational for these regions. Unfortunately, all other integrations have been discontinued. We understand this may be inconvenient and we're genuinely sorry for any trouble this may cause.
