We are on Sage Quantum 2023.  When we close Sage 50, every user gets the popup message "An update for Sage 50 is available, but it must be installed on the server first. Once the server is updated, you’ll be able to update this computer."  Interestingly, on the server where the data is stored we don't get this message.  When I go to Services, Check for Updates it shows Sage 50 RS R2024.0 upgrade but we are not entitled to it. So I don't understand why we get this message for an upgrade we are not entitled to.

On each workstation and the server we have done the following.

1. Help, Sage 50 Activation, Licensing and Subscription options, I have selected to refresh our subscription and shows successfully completed

2. Clicked on the inbox and removed the checkbox on New Releases and Product Updates under the preferences tab.

None of these has stopped the popup on user machines.  I am hoping someone knows how to get rid of this popup message.
