Question

i have so many companies which don't use anymore is there any way to make those companies inactive so i can create new company

 Thanks for reaching out with your question about managing old company files in Sage. If you're finding that your list of companies in Sage 50 US is cluttered with selections you no longer use, there is a way to remove these from the 'Open Previous Company' or 'Open an existing company' lists .

 Backup your Registry. 
 Use the Registry Editor to navigate to the Sage 50 entries. 
 Delete the registry entries corresponding to the companies you want to remove.
