SmartPosting Method

• After transactions are saved, they are posted by the SmartPosting service.
• The service cycles through your database and posts transactions regularly.
• You do not need to actively post transactions. This is done for you by the service so it will appear that you are using real-time posting.
• This posting method provides better performance because it allows you to save a transaction without waiting for it to post.
• In a network environment (with 10 or more users), using this method gives you even better performance.

Sage allows 3 posting methods. Batch, Real Time and SmartPosting that you select under Maintain Company Information. I could be wrong but I don't believe Smart Posting will cause issues when installing.
