I am trying to get my Bank feed to connect but keep getting an error that says to restart my connection. I do and the same thing pops back up. When i create a new company I can get the bank feed to connect and when I log into another company I can get the bank feed to work. Anyone have an idea?

Are you in a current sage 50 business care agreement? If not, you will need to upgrade or do a manual import.

Yes I am. I was able to use it in early December and now for this company I cannot. But the other companies that are under the same agreement I am able to use the bank feeds with no problem.
