Would need more info, is this on a network or stand alone PC? If it is on a network try opening it on the server machine and see if you can login.  You can also try launching it into a sample company to see if that opens which may tell if it is a company issue or a program issue.  To do that you would right click on the shortcut and add BCS to the end of the path.  I would probably have to take a look beyond that to determine the issue.  [email protected]
