If you purchased Sage 50 US online recently, the purchase release may require manual intervention for the international sale (outside of North America). Hellocarlos Reis , I show all three eStore orders you recently submitted were cancelled due to issues with the orders.  No charges were taken from Sage.

You will need to purchase Sage 50US directly through Sales at 1-877-495-9904  (8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET M-F, excluding holidays).
