PAY BILL & receive money closing

I USE SAGE50 2013.

I paid a bill using Pay Bill and also receive money from customer, but the software closes as soon as I post it.

I use windows 10Pro.

    Sage 50 2013 was not designed to run on Windows 10 Pro.  Maybe an upgrade is in order.  We can help you upgrade with a discounted price on the software and conversion.

    Edit the properties of the Sage 50 icon and go to the Compatibility tab. Check mark the box Run this program in compatibility mode for and then change the selection below it to Windows 8. While what Shirley said about the program not being designed for Windows 10 is true, until you are ready to upgrade, this should work for you.
