Hello, Yvonne... It sounds like the invoice transaction window could be opening off screen. When you click to open the invoice and look at the bottom of the toolbar do it appear that it is open, do it show a blank thumbnail? If so follow the steps in this client knowledgebase article: My Sage application or one of the application windows opens off screen and/or shows blank window in the toolbar
