Try going to into the task manager, Details Tab, scroll to the bottom and end task on zenengsvc32.exe.  Also end task on any Peachw.exe tasks and close that.  Then go to Search/Services, double click on Actian Zen and start that.  Some recent windows updates has been creating issues with the database engine so hopefully this will reset it.
