Need to run the conversion for sage 50 2024

Conversion was not able to get started as our power went out briefly which took down our computers. I need to run the conversion for Sage 50 Premium 2024 but I'm not sure where to find it at on my system and also now my server and work station is giving me and error which states "Sage 50 Accounting could not be started. Please try again. If you continue to have problems, call Customer Support."  Well, I have tried a few times with no luck and Sage is closed today so I am reaching out for suggestions!

    I have called sage several times to make a change to my contract for 2024.  How do I get them to respond.  they say they will call me back but never happens.
