remote log in issue

I am trying to get me accountant a remote log in. She downloaded Sage & the log in screen shows no company for her to log into. How do I fix this?

    Thank you for reaching out.  To resolve this, ensure that your company has been correctly shared with Remote Data Access and that your accountant is using the correct login credentials associated with the shared company.

    Here are the steps to make sure everything is set up properly:

    1. Confirm that your company is shared with Remote Data Access. You can do this by going to 'File' > 'Remote Data Access' in Sage 50.
    2. Check if the accountant has been added as a user with the correct permissions. Go to 'Maintain', then 'Users', and 'Set Up User Security' to review user settings.
    3. If the company is already shared, make sure to pause sharing before adding a new user, then resume it after you're done.
    4. Ensure that the accountant has received an invitation email to join the shared company. They will need to accept this invitation.
    5. Your accountant will need a Sage account to access the shared company. Make sure they have registered and are using their Sage account email and password to log in.
    6. After the setup, the shared company should appear in the Sage 50 company list after logging in with the correct credentials.
