Sage 50 Premium - Bank Feed claimed to have downloaded the transactions but none display

When I connected my bank account through Plaid through bank feed, I probably selected a starting date that is earlier than the day that the bank account was created. When finishing set up, there was a pop out window saying that 4 transactions were downloaded. It was a relatively new account and there were not a lot of transactions in it. But those transactions were not showing up in the reconciliation window. I disconnected and connected on bank feed and still, they were not showing up.

I checked the tutorials online and I don't seem to have "bank account" button in my "banking" section.

    Update: called the support twice and we figured this out. The date format had to be MM/DD/YYYY in your system (i.e your windows PC in this case) so the bank API would not get confused and then will be able to configure something. I am not sure if that is Plaid's fault or Mercury Bank's fault.
