My question is, if I buy a keycode license from a third party, how do I renew this license for the next year number 2.  Do I buy another keycode, or am I required to renew through Sage, or something else?

Are subsequent, later, renewals typically more expensive after the initial, first year?

Also, the third party license does not come with support.  Are there any other providers I can get paid support through?  Can I get individual a la carte support incidents from Sage?  Do I have any options here?

    Hi Reg,  1) You'll renew year 2 directly with Sage; 2) Year 2 is more expensive because it will be "full" price and there's typically a discount in year 1 -- if you want a quote and want to know what year 2 would also cost feel free to reach out; 3) If you're purchasing a legitimate license directly from Sage or from an authorized reseller you will have support included directly with Sage and beyond that each 3rd party reseller would have their own offerings; 4) There are no ala carte options because full support is included with your license.  Feel free to reach out at 800-339-8224 or [email protected] with any questions about our specific offerings.  Thanks ...     I don't look at it as buying a serial number from a 3rd party, I look at it as creating a relationship with someone who cares about you and your company.  We will help you when Sage is closed or when you need some special attention that Sage does not offer.
