Sage 50 to Sage HR Payslip Sync

Good Morning,  does anyone know how to sync only the CURRENT payslips from Sage 50 to Sage HR?

My company has 2 payroll cycles:   semi-monthly for full time and bi-weekly for part time.

The sync picks up the part-timers prior checks when when we sync current  full-time checks;  and vise-versa.  This creates confusion to the employee as they believe they are getting paid again with the new publish date (although the check date has not changed).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi  ,

Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find an answer for this issue? While the specific syncing issue you mentioned isn't directly covered in the article I found, there are some troubleshooting steps for when payslips fail to upload to Sage HR which might help address the underlying problem or offer some workaround solutions until a more direct solution can be found. Here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Ensure Payslips Have an Amount: Only payslips with an amount will upload. Zero dollar payslips won’t be uploaded to Sage HR.
    2. Check for Special Characters: In the employee’s record, ensure there are no special characters in the address field (e.g., backslash, braces, caret). These could potentially interfere with the sync.
    3. Verify Primary Email and Sage HR Checkbox: Make sure the primary email is correctly entered in the employee’s record and that the Sage HR checkbox is checked.

For detailed guidance, including steps on how to address issues with payslip uploads and direct deposit checks, please refer to the article here: Payslips fail to upload to Sage HR.

    Warm Regards,
