You cannot do that with the Paya option but there is a third-party solution called Pay Invoice that fully integrates with Sage and can do a lot more than what Paya can.  Here are the advantages of Pay Invoice (I use Paya for our accounting side and Pay Invoice on the technology side so am very familiar with both): 

-Can have a pay link in the body of the email AND in the PDF copy of the invoice. 

-Can receive prepayment from a sales order, comes back into Sage as a prepayment under the customer account automatically.

-Customer gets ACH or CC payment option within the same pay link

-Customer sees all open invoices when selecting the payment link, not just the invoice that is being delivered. 

-Can send automatic past due reminders and even early payment reminders

-Automates the deposit in Sage.  With Paya I have to go in and tie the credit card deposit ticket id's together to tie to the bank batch.  Pay Invoice does that automatically when it comes into Sage. 

-Can pass on the merchant fee to the customer

-Can shop the merchant rate so you don't have to just use Paya.  Can also stay with your current merchant provider.
