You most likely are missing a background update if you are on version 2023.  That version had some issues with the inventory lists populating.  I would install the latest 2024 version if you are entitled to it.  

We did not update to 2024 as we didn't want to commit to the cloud service and prices involved. It did seem like there was a background update that changed a DLL file but I could not find a way to download it manually and install it on each of the workstations. Checking for updates didn't seem to work.

Try browsing out to C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Peachtree and then look for the file Sage.peachtree.DataAccess.dll if that is dated 1/06/2023

I think this was the file I found in a help article that said the version number should be 2023.0.0.22202 but mine appears to be the older one.

Yeah, you have to stop or disable to the Smart Posting in Services and then the background update will load.  I can remote in later to fix this if you can't sort it out.  [email protected]

Tried several times but could not get it to do a background update even after stopping the smart posting on all the computers and server. I did try installing the Actian Zen patch that they recommend but it didn't do anything to fix this issue.
