Peachtree 2010

I have Peachtree 2010 and is working fine, but when I tried to used the CD in a new computer, it does not run and sent me a notification to call a phone number, but the person called Brian, did not answered. I do not want to pay for a yearly payment, when my license of 2010 is still working. I need a person to help me to reinstall my old CD with all my old data

    Thank you for reaching out regarding your Peachtree 2010 issue. It's important to note that older versions of Sage 50 US (formerly known as Peachtree), rely on an unsupported third-party component for their operation. Specifically, these versions use the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol v1.0 and 1.1, which are no longer supported due to security-related issues. As a result, attempting to reinstall or reactivate these unsupported versions after September 30, 2023, will generate an error, preventing access to the software.
