Two Questions:

Proposal:

We send out many proposals every day.  

1 - Is there a way to automatically close a proposal after 60 days because the pricing is no longer active

2 - Is there a way to close multiple proposals at the same time so I do not have to open each proposal and click the "Close Proposal box"?

Memorize Transaction:

How do I sent up SAGE 50 to automatically create a proposal/quote every month?

I used quickbooks over ten years ago and i remember that when I memorize a transaction to reoccur monthly, I would have a list of all my memorized forms.  Then I could select which one I wanted , change the data, hit save, and I was able to send out the updated form each month.  When I try to create a memorize transaction to create it monthly I only see it a a comment in my action window.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.
