I would turn off smart posting under Maintain/Company Information, change it to real time as smart posting is not needed and just creates issues.  To fix try running the Chart Jrnl Sync Test under Help/Support Utilities/Integrity checks.  Create a backup before you run any utilities.  Let me know if that doesn't fix it and I can take a look.  [email protected]
